2 police officers injured in North Philadelphia crash

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - March 19, 2013 (WPVI) -- Two police officers have been taken to the hospital after an accident in North Philadelphia.

The accident happened around 5:10 p.m. Tuesday at Germantown and Glenwood avenues.

The crash involved a police cruiser and another vehicle.

The two police officers were taken to Temple University Hospital for observation.

Authorities are investigating.
