Route 1 northbound reopens after dump truck crash, spill in Delaware County

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - August 5, 2013 (WPVI) -- A dump truck overturned and spilled its load of gravel on Route 1 in Middletown, Delaware County.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes around 11:30 a.m. Monday just north of the Baltimore Pike.
The northbound lanes of the roadway were closed for three hours while workers cleaned up the mess and removed the trucks.
The lanes were open again by 2:30 p.m.
No injuries have been reported from this crash.
