Crash with moving van traps woman in car in Falls Township, Pa.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, Pa. - August 7, 2013 (WPVI) -- Chopper 6 HD was over Lower Morrisville Road in Falls Township Wednesday night as rescuers pulled a woman out of her mangled car.

Firefighters had to cut through the metal roof and doors to free the victim, who was trapped under the dashboard for half an hour.

Police say she collided with a tractor-trailer moving van just after 6:00 p.m.

She was hospitalized with serious injuries following the crash.
