NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - August 10, 2013 (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a double shooting on a basketball court in Northeast Philadelphia Friday night.
The incident happened around 9:00 p.m. at the Ethan Allen Elementary School located in the 6300 block of Battersby Street.
Police say someone opened fire on the basketball court and two males believed to be in their late teens or early 20's were critically wounded.
Both victims were taken by private car to Nazareth Hospital but were later transferred to Temple University Hospital.
So far, no arrests have been made and no word yet on what sparked the shooting.
