Man shot several times in New Castle, Delaware

CHRISTIANA, Del. - September 25, 2013 (WPVI) -- Police in New Castle County are investigating the shooting of a man in his twenties at the Hampton Green Townhouses.

Police say they were called Tuesday night around 11:30 for a report of a shooting at the townhouses on Pell Street.

Police say when they arrived they transported the injured man to Christina Hospital.

Police did not have information about his condition early Wednesday.

Police are investigating and detectives are attempting to determine a motive for the shooting.
