Action NewsCHESTER, Pa. - October 3, 2013 (WPVI) -- Delaware County authorities are investigating a homicide in Chester.
It happened just before 10:00 p.m. Thursday at 21st and Edgemont streets.
Officials say a male was shot and killed.
No arrests have been made.
