SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA - October 6, 2013 (WPVI) -- Authorities are investigating a partial house collapse in Southwest Philadelphia.
Pieces of brick and wood crumbled outside a home on the 5400 block of Baltimore Avenue.
Officials tell Action News the back of the house started to go, caused by the collapse of the second floor.
Luckily no one was hurt.
Neighbors say they've complained to the city about the blighted property for months.
