CLAYMONT, Del. - October 12, 2013 (WPVI) -- A Claymont man has been charged with sexually assaulting an underage female at a mobile home park.
New Castle County police say 32-year-old Brendan McGarry tried to talk to the girl early Saturday morning.
The girl tried to walk away when police say McGarry sexually assaulted her.
He's been charged with two counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor and offensive touching.
McGarry was released after posting bail and ordered to have no contact with the girl.
