Motorcyclist dies after slamming into parked cars in Wilmington

WILMINGTON - October 14, 2013 (WPVI) -- A motorcyclist is dead after an accident in Wilmington, Delaware.

The crash occurred on the 200 block of Van Buren Street.

Police say the motorcyclist slammed into a series of parked cars before coming to rest in the roadway.

The cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

It has not been determined if the victim was wearing a helmet.
