Man, woman shot on camera in West Philadelphia

Police are on the hunt for a man caught on camera shooting a man and woman in West Philadelphia.

It happened at 11:55 p.m. on October 25th outside Jess and Ron's Café in the 6000 block of Market Street.

Two men are seen approaching in the upper left corner of the surveillance video.

Suddenly one pulls out a handgun and fires across the street, hitting a 41-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman.

Both men then fled to 61st Street.

The gunman is described as a black man with a slim build. He was wearing a ¾ length jacket and a dark blue or gray hat.

No description is available of the second suspect.
