World conference on Libya urges UN resolution

PARIS - September 1, 2011 (WPVI) -- A global conference on Libya's future will urge the U.N. Security Council to press ahead with a new resolution that would help free up billions in frozen Libyan assets worldwide, a Western diplomat said Thursday.
