Kristi Toliver of the Los Angeles Sparks has been honored as the WNBA's Most Improved Player.
LOS ANGELES -- Kristi Toliver of the Los Angeles Sparks has been honored as the WNBA's Most Improved Player.The fourth-year guard received the award before tipoff of the Sparks' playoff opener against the San Antonio Silver Stars on Thursday night.
Toliver averaged career highs in points (17.5), rebounds (3.2) and assists (4.9) during the regular season. She is the daughter of NBA referee George Toliver.
