The New York Giants have downgraded safety Kenny Phillips and defensive tackle Rocky Bernard to out for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Phillips (knee), Bernard (quadriceps) and linebacker Jacquian Williams (knee) were the only Giants to not make the trip to Dallas. Williams was already ruled out by the team on Friday.

Running back Ahmad Bradshaw (foot), who is listed as questionable, made the trip and said earlier in the week that he will play against the Cowboys despite being able to go through only one limited practice on Friday.

Phillips and Bernard will miss their fourth straight game as expected but both were able to go through two limited practices during the week and are progressing.

Williams will miss his second consecutive game.

Stevie Brown will make another start in place of Phillips and Chris Canty is expected to start alongside Linval Joseph at defensive tackle.
