3 shot outside bar in Oxford Circle

OXFORD CIRCLE - September 20, 2009 (WPVI) -- An argument ended in gunfire that wounded three people in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia overnight.

Police tell Action News, it all began with an argument inside a bar on the corner of Frontenac Street and Oxford Avenue.

The argument spilled out onto the street. That's when someone pulled a gun and opened fire.

Three men were shot in the legs. All were taken to Aria Hospital in stable condition.
