Robbery at Beneficial Bank in Philadelphia

Police are looking for a man who robbed a Philadelphia bank on Wednesday morning.

It happened just before noon at the Beneficial Bank at 826 Allegheny Avenue.

That's when, police say, the man walked in and gave a demand note to a teller. After receving the cash, the man fled on foot.

He is described as a Hispanic man in his mid-30s, around 5'8" tall with a medium build and a mustache. He was wearing a dark baseball cap with a "P" on the front, a light blue t-shirt and a dark blue jacket.

This man is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department.
