BETHLEHEM, PA-February 13, 2006 -- Emergency crews have defused a potentially explosive situation in the Lehigh Valley.
Chopper 6 flew over Route 22 in Bethlehem, where a box truck carrying explosives crashed into an embankment and flipped over.
The truck was carrying about 9,000 pounds of explosive tubes.
Emergency crews arrived on the scene along with staffers from the company that owns the vehicle. They opened the truck, and have transferred the explosives to another vehicle, without any problem.
The truck driver suffered only minor injuries.
