Accident cleared on SB I-476 in Lansdale

LANSDALE, Pa. - May 26, 2011 (WPVI) -- An earlier accident caused delays on the Northeast Extension in Montgomery County this morning.

The accident happened shortly before 8:00 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-476 near Lansdale.

Emergency crews responded to the scene, blocking the left lane for a time.

There is no word on what led to the accident or is there were any injuries.

The scene has since been cleared.
