Katie Couric to guest host Good Morning America

NEW YORK (WPVI) -- Katie Couric will be guest host this week on "Good Morning America", on 6abc!

She's substituting for the vacationing Robin Roberts for a week, teaming with George Stephanopoulos on Good Morning America.

Katie Couric joined the ABC News team last year after a five year run as the first solo anchor of a network evening news broadcast.

Her own daily talk show "Katie" premieres on 6abc on September 10, 2012.

Next week, though, Couric will return to the morning shift for the first time in more than five years as guest host on GMA.

Tune in Monday at 7:00 a.m. on Channel 6 following Action News.
