Diane Wilson joined ABC 11 in December, 2004 as the Troubleshooter. If you feel you've been ripped off or scammed, she wants to hear from you.

The Troubleshooter position is definitely a change of pace for Diane. She started her broadcasting career in Erie, PA, doing a little bit of everything from reporting, producing, and even behind-the-scenes work.

Her next move was to Rockford, IL, where she was a reporter and also the weekend anchor. Her next jump took her to Toledo, OH, where she spent her time covering crime and courts. The highlight of her career occurred when in Toledo she was honored with a Regional Emmy and other awards for a special homecoming story involving local troops returning from Iraq. Diane grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated from Gannon University in Erie, PA.

Although she misses her hometown, she enjoys the North Carolina weather more than what she has been accustomed to for so many winters in the past.

When she's not working, she enjoys the outdoors by jogging through the beautiful parks the area has to offer.

The best part of the job for Diane involves helping ABC 11 viewers. Most of the time, when people call, they are at their wits end and just need some type of guidance. Diane is up for the challenge and ready to get the problem solved.
