DURHAM (WTVD) -- At least two people were injured in a head-on collision.
It happened just before 5:30 a.m. Monday in the 5900 block of Farrington Road.
Firefigthers responded to the scene and pulled victims from a car and a minivan. Those were the only two vehicles involved.
Durham police say the car and the minivan collided head-on and then both vehicles caught fire. Victims were transported to UNC Hospitals.
Farrington Road, which is two lanes, was closed at Wendell Road in order to clear the scene. No additional details are available at this time and the Durham Police Department is investigating.
