Missing teen found safe

SOUTHERN PINES (WTVD) -- Police have found the girl that was allegedly abducted by a man on Saturday.

Authorities said they located 14-year-old Gabriela Patricia Velazquez on Wednesday.

Information about how she was found or who she was found with is not being released at this time.

On Monday, the Southern Pines Police Department told Eyewitness News it had a photo of 20-year-old Ciro Salinas, who they believed abducted her.

Police did not release the photo, because of its poor quality.

They said they did not know what Valazquez's relationship was to Salinas.

Salinas allegedly took Velazquez shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Saturday from the National Guard Armory on West Morganton Road in Southern Pines.
