ROCKY MOUNT (WTVD) -- Rocky Mount police have charged two children for burglary.
Investigators said a seven and 9-year-old broke into a Rocky Mount home Tuesday afternoon.
The homeowner startled the pair and stopped one of them from leaving.
Both kids are charged with breaking and entering.
Police later released the kids to their respective parents.
