The Wayne County Sheriff's Office has charged three men with throwing rocks through the windshields of oncoming cars.

Detectives say it happened October 10 and several cars were damaged.

Now, Kimball Hunter Gwaltney, 28, Thomas Kyle Herring, 18, and David Michael Metcalf, 19, all of Pikeville, are charged with injury to personal property and making a false report to a police station.

The men were released on $2,000 bond each.
