Silver Alert canceled for Halifax woman

  

HALIFAX COUNTY (WTVD) -- The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has canceled a Silver Alert for a missing woman.

Debra Jean Settles, 53, was last seen on Ferguson Street in Littleton wearing a blue hoodie, a green shirt, blue jeans and white and blue shoes.

Settles is a 5'4" tall, 179 pounds and has short black hair and brown eyes.

An alert was issued because it was believed she was suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
