Bank robbery suspect caught

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police have charged a suspect in the July 8 robbery of a BB&T bank.

Detectives have charged Stephen Brent Himes with robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the hold-up, which occurred at BB&T's Six Forks Road branch.

Himes was in custody in the Wake County Jail on unrelated charges at the time of his arrest on the bank robbery charges.
