Goldsboro police have charged an employee of Shelton's Harley Davidson with stealing inventory.

According to police, the business contacted police after discovering missing inventory. Investigators determined several employees were involved in the theft.

The employees allegedly stole parts and accessories and then resold them.

Last week police arrested Stephen Sloan of Mt. Olive. He is charged with larceny by an employee and his bond was set at $25,000.

The investigation is ongoing and police say they anticipate charges against other suspects.
