Deputy charged with killing husband

HARNETT COUNTY (WTVD) -- A Lee County Deputy is charged with killing her husband.

Harnett County investigators say 40-year-old Angie Clark shot 44-year-old Michael Clark at their home in June and then called 911.

By the time paramedics arrived, Michael Clark was dead.

Relatives told Eyewitness News the couple has a history of domestic violence.

Angie Clark is scheduled to appear in court next month.
