Durham apartments catch fire again

Royal Oaks Apartments in Durham caught fire for a second time on Nov. 19, 2009. The first fire was on Oct. 7, 2009.

Authorities are investigating a fire at a Durham apartment complex Thursday morning.

The fire started just after 6 a.m. at the Royal Oaks Apartments on Weymouth Street in Durham. Crews were able to contain the blaze to one building.

Everyone made it out okay. However, one firefighter was injured. His condition is not known at this time.

The same complex caught fire a month ago. Investigators determined that fire was intentionally set.

The cause of the most recent fire has not been determined.
