HENDERSON (WTVD) -- A neighbor and a firefighter tried to save the man but it was too late.
The SBI is assisting in the investigation of a deadly house fire in Henderson that killed one person.
Authorities say the fire started at a home on Jefferson Street Thursday night. The victim is a 22-year-old man. His identity has not been released.
A neighbor and a firefighter kicked in the door to try and save the man, but it was too late.
Investigators have not determined the cause of the fire.
