Police say a man suspected of robbing an Apex bank is enrolled as a student at UNC Chapel Hill.

Detectives have an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Gordon Miller Goodwin for common law robbery.

They say he walked into the SunTrust bank in the Kroger supermarket at 940 US Highway 64 on November 7 and handed a teller a note demanding money.

Goodwin may be driving a 2002 black Chrysler Sebring with NC registration plate AHN9349.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact their nearest law enforcement agency.
