Police are looking for a rather unusual bank robber in Fayetteville.

Investigators say the man walked into the First Citizens Bank at 126 Broadfoot Ave. with a fake mustache and goatee painted on his face.

He allegedly handed a clerk a note demanding money. After getting some cash, he fled on foot.

In addition to the face paint, police say the man appeared to have two teardrops tattooed under his right eye. He was also wearing a Detroit ball cap and a white shirt with gold lettering.

Anyone recognizing the suspect from the surveillance pictures is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
