19-year-old Terrell Gaither Hilliard was charged with one count each of first-degree burglary, common law robbery, and larceny of a motor vehicle.
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- On Tuesday, 19-year-old Terrell Gaither Hilliard was arrested in Wilson and taken to the Wake County Jail.
He has been charged with one count each of first degree burglary, common law robbery, and larceny of a motor vehicle.
The burglary and robbery charges are related to the home invasion that happened early Sunday morning at the intersection of Wallingford Drive and New Hope Road.
The larceny charge is related to the GMC Envoy that was involved in the wreck that happened a short time after the robbery
On Monday, Raleigh police arrested 23-year-old Ronald Steven Earl Gaither also in connection with the robbery and the wreck. He was charged with one count each of first-degree burglary, common law robbery, and larceny of a motor vehicle.
The burglary and robbery charges are related to the home invasion that happened around 5 a.m. Sunday on Wallingford Drive, and the larceny charge is also related to the theft of a GMC Envoy.
Gaither turned himself in Monday night; he remains at in the Wake County Jail.
A judge issued Gaither a $250,000 bond on Tuesday for those charges. He is scheduled to be back in court on Feb. 6.
Police have not yet identified a suspect wanted for fatally stabbing 20-year-old Elezar Brache Herrera, of Raleigh.
Police said Herrera was acting as a Good Samaritan when he was fatally stabbed following an altercation that ensued after the SUV crashed in the 4900 block of New Hope Road.
On Tuesday, Raleigh police released the 911 call reporting Sunday's events.
