Man charged with rape

GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man is charged after a woman told deputies she was sexually assaulted May 10.

The alleged attack happened on Highway 13 South.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office has charged 29-year-old Alvaro Cruz Rocha of Bonnie Place, Goldsboro with second-degree rape and first-degree kidnapping.

Bond was set at $400,000.
