The State Bureau of Investigation has found no jury misconduct in the Jason Young retrial.

The investigation found two online postings about the verdict were entirely false and made up. Those bogus posts indicated how the jury was voting.

Another incident involving an encounter with a juror in a restaurant was also investigated. It was determined that the juror, who was an alternate, did not discuss the case.

In the end, the jury convicted Young of first-degree murder in the death of his wife.

Young is currently serving a sentence of life in prison.
