FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect from a recent robbery.
Police said the suspect walked into the Hess-Wilco on Owen Drive just before 6:30 a.m. on June 9 and demanded money from the clerk.
The man then left the scene on foot with an unknown amount of money.
He is described as having a medium complexion and a medium build -- standing between 5 feet 9 inches tall and 6 foot. The man was last seen wearing a gray sleeveless shirt with a white T-shirt underneath, white shorts and white sneakers. He was also wearing a white bandage on his left forearm at the time of the robbery.
