PRINCETON, W.Va. (WTVD) -- New evidence has led to an arrest in a cold case murder in Moore County.
Moore County deputies said 44-year-old Melissa Rovnak will be charged with murder in connection with the death of her husband nearly ten years ago.
She was arrested in Princeton, W.Va. Monday.
Investigators said Melissa Rovnak killed 46-year-old Scott Rovnak in their home on Roseland Road in Aberdeen on Dec. 29, 2002.
Melissa Rovnak is expected to be extradited back to North Carolina.
