Officials investigate possible sexual assault

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Detectives in Cumberland County are investigating a report of a possible sexual assault.

Investigators say a resident in the Eastover Air Ranch neighborhood reported she was attacked Saturday night.

Anyone who sees any suspicious person or persons in the area is urged to contact the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office at (910) 323-1500.
