Police investigating car wash shooting

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police are investigating a shooting at a local car wash.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Triangle Car Wash on Avondale Drive.

Police said a man was shot several times. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and is currently in critical condition.

The victim has not been identified and the cause of the shooting has been determined.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing at this time.
