JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Authorities are investigating a head-on collision that happened Thursday morning near Clayton.
It happened around 7 a.m. in the 6600 block of Covered Bridge Road at Archer Lodge Road.

A SUV driven by 46-year-old Christie Minga with three teenagers inside reportedly crossed the center line of the road and hit an oncoming van.
Minga, the passengers inside her SUV, and the van's driver were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Highway Patrol has filed charges against Minga. She was cited for failure to yield, a seat belt violation, and a child restraint violation.
