Man murdered in Rocky Mount

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WTVD) -- Police say a 24-year-old man was shot and killed in Rocky Mount Wednesday evening.

It happened in the 1500 block of Tadlock Avenue around 8:50 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found Stanley Thomas deceased in front of a home.

Investigators said they were looking for two men wearing dark clothing who fled the area on foot.
