Drive-by shooting kills man in front of Delco home

UPPER CHICHESTER, Pa. - January 27, 2013 -- Delaware County authorities are investigating a deadly drive-by shooting in Upper Chichester.

It happened around 10:00 Saturday evening on the 2600 block of Williams Street.

Sources tell Action News the man was gunned down in his driveway as he ran from his SUV to his front door.

The man reportedly was being followed by another car and someone opened fire.

A passenger in the SUV was not injured.

Police continue to investigate.
