Two charged with shooting into Littleton pool hall

The Halifax County Sheriff's Office has charged two men with shooting into a Littleton pool hall.

911 calls started flooding in from the building around 6 p.m. Saturday. When deputies arrived, they found bullet holes in the walls from a high-powered rifle and small caliber handgun and people huddled inside.

No one was hit by the gunfire.

Jackie Putney Jr, 25 of Littleton was later arrested at his home. Deputies are still looking for Jerry Ikee Stovall, 24 - also of Littleton.

Both men are charged with shooting into an occupied building and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, amongst other charges.
