RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- As the National Hockey League canceled the remainder of this season's exhibition games, the Carolina Hurricanes are offering discounts to its loyal season ticket holders.
If the NHL team owners and the NHL Players' Association fail to reach an agreement in time to play a full regular season schedule, the Carolina Hurricanes will reward its loyal fans.
The team is offering season ticket holders 3 percent interest on money kept in ticket accounts. The money can be used toward additional games this season or toward next season's ticket renewals.
The organization is also offering 10 percent off the season ticket price for the 2013-14 season and will offer a 5 percent discount on the 2014-15 season.
The team has established a frequently asked questions page to address further concerns season ticket holders may have.
