The developers behind Ohio's casinos say they want some rules in place. Developers say before they carry out the casino amendment that voters passed on November 3, they want to prohibit any gamblers under the age of 21. They're also calling for an order that 90-percent of the casino jobs go to area residents where the casinos will be built. Toledo is among the four Ohio cities. The Ohio legislature has six months to pass a measure detailing how the casinos will be launched and operated.

The girl's circle of Open Dorr family resource center held its benefit "Icicle Toes Walk" today. It's to raise money to buy holiday gifts for kids at Toledo Children's Hospital. Each girl pledged to walk a certain number of laps, and donators decided how much they wanted to give. And tonight we know they raised more than $715!

Students at the University of Michigan are getting ready for Saturday's big football game against rival Ohio State. Yesterday, Michigan students were taking a sledgehammer to a car that was spray painted with "Beat OSU" on it. A new bipartisan bill that has been introduced would require schools across the country to provide students with 30 minutes of moderate to rigorous activity every day. This would be on top of recess.
