Seven arrested in Fostoria drug bust

Charges pending against others

Operation De-railed executed six search warrants today on homes in the Fostoria area, including two at Fostoria Green apartments. Seven people were arrested. Drugs, paraphernalia and money were confiscated.

Arrests included:

• Richard May for Obstruction of Official Business
• Tyree Carpenter for Trafficking Crack Cocaine, Possession of Criminal Tools, Possession of Cocaine and citations were issued for dog licensing violations
• Andrea Hernandez for Permitting Drug Abuse
• Eric Coleman Sr. for Trafficking Crack Cocaine
• Tara O'Dell for Permitting Drug Abuse
• Chester Pettaway for Possession of Crack Cocaine & outstanding Felony arrest warrants out of Seneca & Wood Counties
• Antione McCoy for Possession of Crack Cocaine

Additional charges of Trafficking Crack Cocaine on multiple defendants are pending upon completion of this ongoing investigation.

Numerous undercover drug purchases were made from 13 separate subjects, operating from various residences, and with ties to Toledo.

Several of the locations were found to have small children living in them, using unregistered dogs for protection, and also involved in possessing pit bulls for the purpose of dog Fighting. In several cases, charges of child endangering are pending.
