Food drive offers free daycare for donations

Help feed the hungry and get free daycare for your kids while you do some Christmas shopping

The Toddlers School Daycare and the Toledo Food Bank are teaming up to feed the hungry and provide free child care at the same time. It's all part of their unique food drive.

Starting today, on every Saturday during the holiday season, if you stop in to make a donation of canned food to the Toledo Food Bank, in exchange you can get free daycare for your kids from the Toddlers School Daycare while you do your Christmas shopping.

The Food Bank says that struggling families often have to choose between buying food and paying utility bills. So even if you don't have kids, if you do have an overstocked pantry, donations are always welcome.
