Syl. vet supports boycott of dog license

Sunday, November 15, 2009

Dr. Bob Esplin says he would support a dog license boycott if serious changes aren't made soon.

Not all the dog warden's critics are on board, though, because some feel it could result in more dogs being killed at the pound if they're picked up without a license.
