13abc Action News learns Route 66 bar, site of shoot-out, will take steps to keep troublemakers out of the bar after it re-opens. Mayor says owner agreed to hire off-duty police officers for security after hours. The mayor previously demanded the bar be closed after video of the shoot-out made national news. Mayor will meet with police chief tomorrow and then announce decision about bar's future.
